The traditional security approach is to ask: “what can hurt us? what can we do about it?” Armadillo At Large takes a more holistic view. Through a process called “Discovery”, Armadillo undertakes a process called Risk Assessment Plus.
Country analysis, safety considerations, a security audit and other investigations provide a comprehensive inventory of the information relevant to each organisation and project. The aim of this exercise is preventative security.
Organisations can be a danger to themselves unless they program properly – through agency awareness, contextual understanding and staff re-training.
